Billy Strings returns to live, in-person shows, for 3 nights at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, AL. Tickets are sold by “pods” and each pod holds 4 people. This is a socially distanced event!

Based on guidance from government and health officials, along with industry professionals, We have implemented a number of enhanced health and safety measures that will allow fans to have a safe and comfortable experience.

Guests and personnel will be required to follow at-show safety precautions. All safety measures will be distributed to guests prior to the event and upon entry. Attendees will be required to be briefed before entering, wear face masks, and physically distance throughout the event. 

RESERVED VIEWING AREAS

The show area will be divided into physically distanced reserved viewing areas. Guests will select a private viewing area of their choice when purchasing a ticket.  Reserved viewing areas are available in groups of 4, you must purchase all 4 tickets in a selected grouping. 

ASSIGNED ENTRY TIME

Entry into the event will be divided into specific assigned times based on seating sections. After purchasing a ticket, guests will receive an email with a assigned entry time for their reserved viewing area. Your group should arrive together at the assigned entry time.

FACE COVERING

All guests will be required to wear face masks upon entry, in common areas, and at all times when outside of pods. Guests will be instructed to apply face covering when leaving designated viewing area. Plan to bring a face mask each day, and follow face covering guidelines outlined by the CDC. Event staff will be required to wear masks at all times.

CONTACTLESS ENTRY / TEMP SCREENING

All tickets will be delivered to your mobile device and scanned upon entry, contactless temperature screening prior to entry.

CONCESSIONS

Enlarged concession areas and socially distanced serpentine lines will be utilized to ensure physical distancing in concession areas. One guest from each group is encouraged to make orders for their entire pod, drinks will be sold sealed and in multiples, limiting congregating in the concession areas.

ENHANCED CLEANING MEASURES

Event cleaning and disinfection team will regularly clean shared surfaces within common areas. The cleaning team will be doing between-use cleaning in restrooms, common areas, and all other applicable areas.

HAND WASHING, SANITIZATION, RESTROOMS

Hand sanitization stations will be available at a variety of locations throughout the event grounds. It is important to sanitize your hands regularly and after contact with any shared surfaces. Restrooms will be appropriately distanced and cleaned between use, according to CDC guidelines.

SIGNAGE AND GROUND MARKINGS

Signage and ground markings will be in place to guide guests through entrances, exits, concessions, and the event area to enhance physical distancing measures. Signage will be placed throughout the venue to remind guests of safety and health practices. 

STAY AT HOME IF YOU ARE SICK

You are in charge of your own health, please take care of yourself and consider the health and safety of others. If you are in a high risk group please stay at home. If you have been sick with COVID-19 or any other illness, or think you may have COVID-19, please stay at home. 

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By visiting the event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. All attendees must wear a mask/facial covering when outside of pod. Attendees who fail to follow safe distancing at the request of staff will be safely removed from the event, without refunds. Please help keep each other healthy.

We cannot guarantee tickets purchased from any third-party sellers. We strongly suggests that you purchase tickets directly through ticketmaster.com or Billystrings.com – tickets purchased from any other seller cannot be guaranteed.

Do you allow refunds or exchanges?

No, all sales are final. 

How and when will I receive my tickets?

All tickets are mobile delivery, which will be scanned on your mobile device. You will receive your mobile ticket through the Ticketmaster app within 7 days of the event. You will receive an email from Ticketmaster when your tickets are delivered.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Each ticket comes with an assigned entry time, your group should arrive together at the assigned entry time. The original ticket purchaser will receive an email with the assigned entry time for their pod, this entry time will also be listed on your ticket. If parking on site, please arrive 20 minutes prior to assigned entry time! 

Is tailgating allowed? 

Tailgaiting will not be permitted on site. If you are parking on site, please arrive 20 mins prior to the assigned entry time listed on your ticket. 

Are there any age restrictions?

Yes, 18 years and over with valid ID. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Everyone attending the event will require a ticket, regardless of age.

Do I have to wear a mask?

Yes, masks are required for entry into the event, and must be worn at all times when outside of pods.

Am I allowed to leave the event and return?

No re-entry will be allowed into the event. 

What happens if it rains?

The event is rain or shine.

Where do we park?

Parking is available at the venue parking lot, until full. Parking is NOT included with ticket and will be an additional charge. There is no overnight parking, camping, or tailgating on site.

Can I bring food and drinks?

No, outside food or drinks are not allowed. Food and Drinks will be sold at the event. Alcohol will be available for sale to those 21+ with a valid I.D.

We strongly discourage bringing any bags of any sort, if you must bring a bag, please abide by the clear bag policy in place. Approved bags include: Small clutches, do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5”. Bags that are clear, do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”, One gallon clear plastic bag.
